• We offer financing that can payoff existing land and put a new home on your property combined in one easy payment.
• Know what you can spend-     
•  Get pre approved for a land/home package. You can have the loan in place before you find property or pick out your new home.
• Have bad credit-
• If you own land, you can use your land as a down payment toward your new home purchase.
• Have no credit-
• If you have 2 years job history, 2 years rental history, and alternate credit references you can get approved for an FHA loan. Must be verifiable with no late's.
• Had a bankruptcy-
• If it has been 1 year (conventional loan) or 2 years (FHA loan) and have not been late on any obligations since bankruptcy, you can get pre approved for a new home.
• Have good income but cannot verify-
• If you have excellent credit you could get pre approved for a Modular home on a stated income loan.
